Return & Refund Policy

At Akosua Hosi, LTD, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags and original packaging are intact
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Note: Sale items, gift cards, earrings and intimates (underwear, swimwear, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return:
  1. Email us at support@akosuahosi.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. We’ll respond with return instructions and a return shipping address.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds
If your return is approved:
  • A refund will be issued to your original method of payment
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the original item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or wrong item, we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.
